Every Neighbor is a lovely Christian picture book by author and illustrator Sarah Nunnally. Its pages highlight different countries and the ways in which “hello” is expressed in that country’s language. The book is written in rhyme and teaches little ones that learning to greet someone in their native tongue can be a means for showing them God’s love.

I love how Every Neighbor helps children understand that the Church is composed of a variety of tribes, peoples, and languages (Revelation 7:9). Additionally, the illustrations are vibrant and compelling making this a book we’ll be reading on repeat.
