The Twelve Teas of Christmas is a reprint of the late Emilie Barnes’ book from 1999. This book features beautiful lifestyle Christmas photographs throughout. It includes recipes and fun ideas for hosting Christmas themed tea parties.
I particularly loved the Bake Me a Story activity on pages 117-119, where Emilie used making sugar cookies to tell her grandchildren about Jesus’ birth. The book is full of festive ideas for the Christmas season, and it has a lovely pages with Bible verses and quotes about Christmas. This book is perfect for moms and daughters, and would be helpful for women’s ministries that host Christmas tea parties.
This book is special to me, because my mom loves Emilie Barnes, and I even got to visit Emilie’s home once as a child so my mom could shop at her bookstore. Overall, this is a fun book that’s full of recipes and activities for enjoying the Christmas season.
