The Risen King is an Easter devotional featuring collected works of the late preacher Charles Spurgeon and edited by J.A. Medders. This book is similar in style to Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening devotional as it pulls material from Spurgeon’s sermons. Spurgeon is one of my favorite saints of the past, so I am thankful that this book gave me more opportunities to read from him. Read my full review here.
