The Sword: Magnus and The Mystery of Romans is the latest children’s book by author and pastor Marty Machowski. This book is really unique as it combines a chapter book story and devotional content. The book begins as the main character, Brant, and his sister Katana discover a book containing a letter from a soldier named Magnus. The letter explains the purpose of the two ancient swords that were found with the book and tells of a third sword, the Sword of Truth. Brant and Katana are charged with examining Paul’s letter to the Romans to unlock the mystery of the swords. They study Romans together with their parents in hopes of solving the mystery.
